Pricing Structure

Wedding cakes are priced based on guest count, design complexity, structure and decorative details. Final pricing varies depending on the level of artistry, florals, textures and overall design requested.

  • Starting Pricing

    • Simple buttercream wedding cakes begin at approximately $6 per serving

    • Floral and textured buttercream designs begin at approximately $8 per serving

    • Highly detailed or intricate designs may require additional pricing based on complexity, materials and time involved.

  • Minimum Order

    • Tiered wedding cakes require a minimum investment of $250.

  • Structural & Decorative Additions

    • Because tiered cakes require additional support, transport preparation and setup, the following may be added to your final quote:

      • Tiered cake structural fees

      • Handcrafted buttercream florals

      • Metallic details or specialty finishes

      • Delivery and on-site setup

  • Serving Information

    • Wedding cake servings are determined by the combined size of all tiers and are typically sliced smaller than standard party cake portions to accommodate larger guest counts.

    • For larger weddings, kitchen cakes may be added to supplement servings while maintaining a beautifully designed display cake.

  • Delivery & Setup

    • To ensure safe transport and proper presentation, tiered wedding cakes require delivery and professional setup. Delivery fees vary depending on venue location and setup requirements.

Deposit

A non-refundable retainer of 25% of the estimated total is required to reserve your wedding date. Your retainer is applied toward your final balance.
