Welcome to JustineMade! By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and are not confirmed until reviewed and accepted by JustineMade. Completion of the online inquiry or payment of a deposit does not automatically guarantee your requested order date.

Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date. Deposits are applied toward the final balance.

The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Orders with an unpaid balance may be canceled without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, please notify JustineMade as soon as possible. Depending on production status, additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of JustineMade.

Design Policy

Inspiration photos are welcomed and used to better understand your preferred style, color palette and overall vision. JustineMade does not create exact replicas of another artist's work.

Each cake is custom designed and handcrafted. By placing an order, you acknowledge that artistic interpretation is part of the creative process and JustineMade reserves the artistic freedom to create a unique design inspired by your request.

Minor variations in color, floral placement, texture and decorative details are normal and should be expected.

Product Care

Products should be stored according to the care instructions provided.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for proper transportation, storage and handling transfers to the customer.

JustineMade is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup or delivery due to improper handling, weather, accidents or other circumstances beyond our control.

Allergens

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to:

  • Wheat

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, JustineMade cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time.

If delivery is selected, someone must be available to accept the order. Once the order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Photography

JustineMade reserves the right to photograph completed products and use those images for advertising, social media, website galleries and other promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to pickup or delivery.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature and perishability of baked goods, refunds are not provided once an order has been picked up or delivered.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact JustineMade within 24 hours so that any concerns may be reviewed.
